* G.O.A.’L Korean Language Course for Overseas Adopted Koreans

1. Course Period: March 31, 2008 – May 23, 2008 (8 weeks, 16 classes)

2. Application Period: March 10, 2008 – March 23, 2008

3. Placement Test: March 24-28 at the G.O.A.’L office
(You will be notified of your level placement on March 24)

4. Place: G.O.A.'L office

5. Time Schedule (It will be confirmed after the placement test)

7. Course Fee
• G.O.A.’L member (see below #11)*
• Tuition & Application fee – 50,000 (KRW)
(This fee will be returned to you upon successful completion of the course - 70% attendance, i.e., no more than four absences.)

8. Instructors
- G.O.A.’L volunteers that have majored in Korean language education as a foreign language

9. Textbook
- 서강한국어 (Sogang University)

10. Application procedure
- Submit application form by e-mail ( volunteer@goal.or.kr ) or in person at the G.O.A.’L office
- Pay application fee before or on the day of the placement test

11. Program Regulations
• This program is only for Korean adoptees.
• *You must be a current registered G.O.A.’L member
• Students are responsible for buying their own textbook in advance.
(The Sogang textbook can be purchased at Sogang University, or large book stores such at Kyobo, Youngpoong, Bandi & Luni’s, etc.)
