In relationships, we love, we laugh, we hurt. Sometimes it’s not always easy to identify when a relationship has become unhealthy. It can be even more difficult, if not sometimes impossible, to avoid the relationship. Living in a small community with one-degree of separation can exacerbate and create uncomfortable situations. This workshop deals with everyday scenarios in our lives.
During our session we will learn how to
- identify red flags and warning signs
- create healthy and manageable boundaries
- how to strategize coping with unavoidable relationships
