Smart Drinking Skills in Korean Culture
There are times when we feel pressured in a social setting to drink...
There are times when we drink a bit more than we planned…
Whatever the case may be, this two-hour workshop is for Korean adult adoptees who wish to have better coping skills
while socializing with alcohol in Korea. Participants will have a chance to discuss their drinking experiences and difficulties
in cultural perspectives. This workshop requires participants’ active involvement.
This workshop does not intend to persuade participants to stop drinking. Instead, it is designed to help participants to
consider their reasons for drinking and their drinking habits, and explore ways to drink smartly while socializing with other people in Korea.
All stories shared during the workshop will be kept confidential.
